We want to start by saying thank you — truly — for the outpouring of love, messages, and support we’ve received over the past few days. It has meant everything to our team and reminded us how strong this community really is.

The support we’ve received so far will help our staff during this time, and we are deeply grateful. That said, we still need your help.

At this moment, El Sazón Eagan and Stillwater remain closed and are not generating any income. While El Sazón Cocina & Tragos in Minneapolis remains open, it is not enough to cover the expenses or support the staff across our other locations.

Our employees are the heart of our business, and we are doing everything we can to take care of them while navigating this difficult moment. Any continued support — whether through donations, sharing our message, or simply checking in — makes a real difference.
